Our Story

From Regenerative Medicine Research to Everyday Skin Care

Founded in 2024, Shenzhen Sansi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. began with advanced regenerative medicine research and focuses on ECM endogenous regeneration, the skin barrier, healthy aging, and the translation of research into products.

Starting from the relationship among the skin microenvironment, cellular responses, and structural support, our team has built an end-to-end path from technology research and formulation design to efficacy evaluation and product translation, bringing rigorous bioscience into sustainable everyday care.

2024The company was founded and initiated university-industry collaboration and product development.
2025The first product prototypes were completed and entered staged human observation and product validation.
2026Product filing and market translation advanced, establishing both professional-treatment and at-home care pathways.

Long-Term Research into How Skin Can Truly Rebuild

Dr. Xia Yan
Founder & CEO of CELLAGENE | ECM Endogenous Regeneration and Product Translation

Dr. Xia Yan earned her PhD in Genetics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and completed postdoctoral research in basic medicine at Sun Yat-sen University. She has more than ten years of R&D experience in cell and gene therapies.

Her work has included mRNA-LNP therapeutic vaccines, TCR-T, CAR-T, and IND-related development for innovative medicines. Drawing on extensive life-science and product-translation experience, she leads the team in exploring more systematic, verifiable approaches to skin care through ECM homeostasis and barrier research.

What Is ECM Endogenous Regeneration?

The extracellular matrix (ECM), including collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, is closely associated with skin support, elasticity, hydration, and a stable tissue environment.

01

Structural Foundation

Collagen forms a support network, elastin contributes to resilience, and hyaluronic acid helps maintain a hydrated environment. Together they support ECM structure and condition.

02

Dynamic Balance

As age and external stress accumulate, ECM production, degradation, and signaling may change, influencing skin support, elasticity, and barrier condition.

03

Endogenous Remodeling

CELLAGENE studies the relationship between cellular condition and ECM homeostasis, using RNA, delivery, and formulation research to explore product pathways that support autonomous skin renewal.
